eOn Office Solutions Syspine® IP-PBX uses either analog PSTN lines from the local phone company and/or SIP trunks from an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Besides saving money on long distance costs, SIP trunking can also make supporting DID (direct inward dial) and other advanced phone features a snap.
Some SIP service providers offer unlimited local and long distance (not available in most multi-line business phone services) or alternatively you can purchase long distance packages for as little as $.02 per minute.
