Purchases eQueue Contact Center Solution
eQueue is Chosen as Enabling Platform for Advanced Call Center Outsourcing Services in Zhe Jiang, one of the Four Richest Provinces in the PR of China
SAN JOSE, CA (August 20, 2007) – eOn Communications announced today that Hang Zhou East Software Park (ESPark) Corporation Limited, located in Hang Zhou, the capital of Zhe Jiang Province of the Peoples Republic of China, has selected eOn’s eQueue Contact Center Solution. The eQueue will serve as the enabling technology for a new portfolio of call center outsourcing services offered by ESPark to emerging hi-tech businesses located in the Zhe Jiang province – home to the fastest growing hi-tech economy in China.
Since its launch in May of 2001, ESPark (http://www.espark.net) has persisted in making the high-tech park the most advanced of its kind in China. Appealing to the needs of both domestic and internationally based companies, the park offers a comprehensive suite of service offerings that allow emerging hi-tech companies to cost effectively start their businesses, make quick market entry and rapidly accelerate their growth. Companies in the park are given access to state of the technology, marketing services and operations support. They also benefit from the experience and relationships ESPark has established in becoming the focal point for the region’s hi-tech economic development.
ESPark is home to over 200 high tech enterprises including Huawei, Alibaba, the Chinese R&D center of Webex, Digital China and many more. These enterprises have been long-term residents of the park and have helped formulate its best-in-class services offerings. Leveraging Chinese Government initiatives to further promote the country’s hi-tech industry and local government sponsorships, ESPark signed a memorandum of understanding with eOn China, Bei Jing branch and China Netcom Corporation (CNC), Hang Zhou branch. The three parties will work together to offer enterprises in the park advanced outsourced call center services, with eOn providing the enabling technology and CNC providing telecommunications services. Initially, inbound customer service and outbound telemarketing services will be offered.
